Modern style house with the original feature of the straight line architecture of the 60s. The villa is 100 meters from the beach and it is in the second row of houses facing the sea, in a prime location of Parque da Praia, a very quiet, residential and private in the center of Luz. About 75 meters from the beach as far as you can walk and enjoy the beautiful landscape around you. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) and a guest toilet, with a large lounge area and a dining area. There is a long hallway that gives privacy to the bedroom area. All rooms are large, spacious and with plenty of natural light. The kitchen has a modern design and is fully equipped and has a separate breakfast room. All furniture and equipment is new and contemporary. It has a large garden with a lot of vegetation that provides comfort and peace of mind, with nice area around the pool, garden sofas and 3 tables, one of wood and two of marble, in different zones of the garden, which allows different sensations Depending on whether you want to be closer to the housing area or if you want to move away a bit to a more isolated and green area or if you want to barbecue. There are several fruit trees, pear trees, lemon trees, vines, orange trees. The salt water pool is heated and is 10 feet long, with a pleasant relaxation area all around. It is an extremely nice and special house.
